Booking
25% of the total trip cost is to be paid in the meantime of booking the package. Halesi Treks Pvt. Ltd. does not have any cancellation charge but this 25% of the total trip cost is non-refundable. The remaining amount should be paid when you arrive in Kathmandu. You can make the final payment in Cash USD, most preferable. You can pay with a Visa or master credit/debit card as well but paying with the card you need to pay an extra 5.5% bank processing fee 100% of the trip cost. But online booking has no card fee or booking fee as we cover the card fee. If you book the trip Book Now button no card fee or booking fee.
Note: Your passport Copy is required to make booking flights, hotel rooms, trekking permit process and or required legal process as per your trip.
Cancellation & Refunds
Following will be charged for cancellation.
- 1. Cancellation of the trip 30 days before the trip departure date– 0% (Deposit non-refundable).
- 2. Cancellation of the trip 15 – 29 Days before the trip departure date- 40%
- 3. Cancellation of the trip 07 -14 Days before the trip departure – 70%
- 4. Cancellation of the trip 07 or fewer Days before the trip departure – 100%
Notes:
You may extend your trip avoiding cancellation till one year but you need to inform through mail at least 2 weeks before the trip departure & you need to pay the increased amount if the cost of the trip gets increased due to increment on the Local stuff.
The trip was canceled by the Company
If Halesi Treks Pvt.Ltd cancels your trip, your deposit and payments will be refunded in full. However, if our cancellation is due to civil war or from any other unpredictable circumstances beyond our control, the reasonable expenses that we have already paid for the process of the trip will be deducted from your deposit.
Incomplete Trip
We are not responsible for any refunds in case of any incomplete tour, trek, or expedition whatever the reason you turn back from the trip. Before you turn back you make clear communication with your guide.
Passport & Nepal visas
All client must have a valid passport with at least six months validity from return date. A Nepalese visa can be obtained from the Nepalese Embassies or Consulate in your country or on arrival at Kathmandu Airport. Nepalese visas cost the personal responsibility of clients. Insurance
Insurance for all the staff(guides, porters, Sherpas, and drivers) of Halesi Treks Pvt.Ltd is insured But the insurance of the clients is on their own. So, clients must submit their insurance policy documents in the meantime of the trip meeting before trip departure.
Acceptance of risk and Liabilities
Halesi Treks Pvt. Ltd. is to serve best by completing our duties honestly to make your journey smooth & successful. However, we and our related organization shall not be responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control such as govt. restriction, Land slide, road blockage, flood, bad weather, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident, and the nature of some of our trip is adventurous and risky, thus these may engage your personal risk. Halesi Treks Pvt.Ltd. would like to inform you that you need to take all risks yourself such as damages injuries or death resulting from these natural risks.
